Non-Refundable Items

Return Process

- Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Refund Processing
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
